The UCARE invariant h(x) ≥ 0 is the mathematical backbone of the entire Aubrey Logic AI framework. It encodes a simple but radical proposition: human dignity cannot be traded away by contract clauses, production deadlines, or algorithmic decisions.

When h(x) drops below zero — when the system would act in a way that reduces human utility more than the legitimate risks of a given scenario — the system halts. Cryptographically. Verifiably. Without exception.

This pilot requires zero PII storage and zero infrastructure integration on the union's side. SAG-AFTRA and production houses assume no data risk. The member remains the sole custodian of their cryptographic assets at all times.
ZERO COST TO THE ACTOR
The tool is provided as a public utility, complimentary to SAG-AFTRA members. Image likeness data protection without paying a middleman. The only costs are the actor's own optional cloud storage subscriptions and blockchain gas fees — paid to no one but the network.
ZERO DATA LEAKS BY DESIGN
